A Twitterly Cool Idea?

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: I love Twitter. I might even go so far as to say I’m addicted to it. Ok, maybe not that far. Pretty close though…

If you haven’t tried it out, you should. It’s a lot of fun, a great way to communicate with people and if you’re an artist type–a fantastic way to keep up with peers as well as fans.

In my quest to expand my social media skills though, I’ve decided to try something a little different. It might prove more trouble than it’s worth but that’s the joy of the internet, you can try new things and if they fail, half the time no one notices but you.

I’m splitting up my personalities. That is, the personalities of the characters I’ve created in The Zombie Chronicles. The three main ones now have their own Twitter account. This will allow people to follow them and see what they are up to in between episodes. You can follow their updates, message them and they’ll message you back. Fun, eh?

It’s just another way to experiment with interactive social media, which I love more than puppies. Here’s where you can check ‘em out:

And of course, there’s my own account which I highly recommend you follow.

I don’t know how long this little test of mine will last but I figure it’s worth a shot. Like I said, it might prove to be more trouble than it’s worth but if it’s even semi-successful, it will give everyone a chance to learn more about the personalities I’ve created as well as allow me to perhaps flush out the characters a bit more.

It’s a good deal for both of us.
